CONFIRMED FAULTS FOR O2 SENSOR B2S2 LEAN SWITCHOVER OF SENSOR TOO SLOW AND B2S1 SIGNAL BELOW PERMISSIBLE LEVEL – VISUAL INSPECTION SHOWED NEWEST O2 SENSOR ON B1S2 – RECOMMEND SWAPPING SENSOR TO BANK THEN CHECKING LIVE DATE
SWAPPED SENSORS BUT STILL HAD ISSUES WITH BANK SENSORS – FURTHER DIAG FOUND THAT OIL WAS THE CONNECTORS TO BANK SENSORS – TRACED ALL THE BACK TO ECU – OIL IN WIRING HARNESS AND ECU – CHECKED FOR TYPICAL CAUSES OF OIL IN HARNESS (VARIABLE OIL PUMP, CAM MAGNETS) BUT NO ISSUES FOUND – MOST LIKELY SOURCE IS CAM SENSOR UNDER INTAKE – NEED TO REPLACE THOSE, WIRING HARNESS AND POSSIBLY ECU
